Meditation is growing in popularity, but often confused with mindfulness. A large part of our mind is unconscious or subconscious, containing most of our memories and emotions gets negatively conditioned, trapping us in Karmic compulsions.

A higher level of consciousness helps overcome these negative aspects. Yogic meditation is not a examination but has many ways to be aware and discern that heals us of negative patterns.
